We are a team of 70+ proactive professionals of strong, builders, developers, managers, lawyers, accountants, and leasing professionals —overseeing 13M sq ft. of strategic properties and an additional 13M sq. ft. of land for development, making BRASSWATER a leading developer of commercial real estate in Eastern Canada and the United States.

The company has steadily grown into an active team of, builders, developers, property managers, lawyers, accountants, and leasing professionals.
Since its inception in 2015, Brasswater has acquired and developed a portfolio of over 13,000,000 sq. ft. of property, with an additional 13,000,000 sq. ft. of land for development. In our seven-year history, we have become one of the most active buyers of commercial real estate in eastern Canada and in the US, through acquisitions averaging 3 million sq. ft. of property per year.
